Shaved Ice - Lancaster

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The staff here are lazy teenagers. They close at 8, not 9 as advertised. We arrived at 7:45pm and were told they were closed. Despite their online information stating they closed at 9, the girl working there insisted it was 8 and needed to clean up. The service was very rude and unprofessional. We only came here because Steph's Chill was closed, but we will not be returning. Tastee Ice down the street is better and stays open until 9, accepting cash and card payments. Avoid this place and try Steph's Chill or Tastee Ice instead.

The snow cones at this restaurant are delicious, however, the customer service is lacking. Additionally, their operating hours seem to constantly change. Despite the website stating they close at 9pm, they have been known to close as early as 8:30pm on multiple occasions. This inconsistency has been a recurring issue.

Affordable yet delicious shaved ice cups with a variety of flavors and toppings. The menu could use some updating and the storefront could benefit from better advertising. There is no visible sign indicating the nature of the business from the street. I decided to stop by on a whim after seeing many local cars parked outside, thinking it was an ice cream shop. The large cups cost $3 and the Slam Dunk size cost $4. I added vanilla cream to my Dreamsicle flavor for an extra $0.60 and it was absolutely delightful. Definitely worth the spontaneous visit!

The girls this summer are super slow. Bring the girls back from last summer then again I understand they must move on getting older. The lines are always long it’s literally taking almost 10 minutes to make 1 snow cone. I’ve been coming here for 10 plus years and this is the worst it’s been.

Showed up at 8pm an operating hour for that day they were supposed to close at 9pm and they say “we’re close”. Drove all the way over here for a were close, I get it if there was a really long line and they don’t want to take anymore orders but there was just one single person infront of me when I arrive. AND I WAS THERE AN HOUR BEFORE IT CLOSED. If I could give it zero stars I would.
