Scratch Bakes - Lancaster

The tomato soup was delicious and served very hot. The beef melt wasn't toasted as well as before, with the cheese barely melted, but it still tasted good. I love this place too much to take a star off.

I really enjoyed the Egg N Bagel sandwich. The bagel was soft and filling, and the egg tasted fresh. The homemade sauce on the sandwich was delicious. The Iced Latte was also very good, and the Oreo Cookie Cupcake was absolutely amazing!

The London fog drink was excessively sweet for my taste, possibly due to my expectation of almond milk with tea and no added sugar. The vegan wrap had an unexpected piece of bacon mixed in with almonds, making it overly moist. It would likely be improved as a cold wrap.

I was surprised to see this location listed as a restaurant on HappyCow. There are very limited vegan options available, with only cupcakes and plant-based milks for coffee. The food items need to be modified to be vegan-friendly, as I discovered that the sriracha in my "vegan wrap" was not actually vegan. Additionally, they were out of cupcakes during my visit. The wrap itself was average at best. Overall, I would not consider this establishment to be a restaurant.

Review written on 1/21/2023: I am quite shocked that Happycow has labeled this place as a restaurant. There are very limited vegan options available, with only cupcakes and vegetable milk for coffee. The food choices need improvement, as the sriracha in my supposed "vegan wrap" was not vegan-friendly. The packaging is labeled as vegan, but only because it can be made vegan? Additionally, the items were made from cupcakes. The service was average, but overall, I would not consider this a restaurant.
