Red Lobster - Lancaster

I was there by far the best Red Lobster! The staff was brilliant, cookies were fresh and soft, the meal was excellent! On the picture is the Lobster, Shrimp and salmon! Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic! Very recommended if you love Seafood!

We were greeted shortly after the entry with friendly service. The restaurant smells wonderful! Our server immediately took our drink order and brought it with fresh warm garlic cheese rolls! We enjoyed the way she checked us at the right time and had a slight conversation. We ordered the dinner-day festival for two. Wow! Totally worth it. The 7oz Sirloin Steaks were perfectly cooked. The mouth that irrigates lobster tail was heavenly melted in your mouth. The shrimp cabobs were almost too much, but so well you could not stop eating. I am usually not a macaroni and cheese type of person, but this creamy cheese noodles prevention was shed with bacon so it is hard to resist! We must also choose an additional page of our choice. I ordered a side salad with blue cheese. My husband picked up potatoes. Although the salad was extremely small, it seemed to be just the right amount to not spoil my dinner. Overall, Red Lobster is very expensive. But if you are looking for a romantic and tasty experience, then I highly recommend this place! We will be back next year as we tend to visit once a year due to the price menu.

This place is our absolute favorite. ALL employees are always pleasant, appealing and courteous. A team member (Sherry) is our way to the server. She makes every single experience as brand new and we were celebrities. She adds the human element to share with us and we just love them. The food is always received on time and exactly as ordered. I hope that management not only sherry and what she brings to the table (literal and professional), but also the team she works with. Great work and thank you!

So we looked at Lancaster 's location on line, find a few items that looked appealing, and choose to go there for lunch. My 74 year old friend got there first and inquired about her birthday discount and dessert option. Was told she needed a code, which she could not find in her email. Another server had a 10% off code, which they applied. Thanks. So ordering....I don 't see the shrimp cocktail OR crab cake that was on the web menu. Mgr came out with condescending, joking attitude. Sorry, I can 't fix you what 's not on the menu. Explains how those items have been gone for years. What do you want me to do? I 'm not in charge of what 's on the web? IDK, how about act like the manager that you are, and take care of the customers that you have- clearly the parking lot is NOT full. How about just giving her her a birthday dessert?? I guess I could do that. I suggest the cheesecake. It 's better than Cheesecake factory! Get it with raspberry AND caramel sauce! Dessert ordered to go. She also ordered a flounder dinner, which comes with 2 sides. She ordered that to take home to her sick husband, and just had the side salad for lunch. Got home- box had a piece of fish. No baked potato or fries, which she ordered. Cheesecake was a small little piece of joke- no raspberry, no caramel, no whipped cream! Happy Birthday to Her!!! Between condescending attitude and food, will NEVER go back to this location. Treated like this sweet little 74 year old was trying to hustle them! Obvious why parking lot was empty!

Went to red lobster last night for dinner because we haven't been in a while and it was well worth it. It was absolutely delicious, the food came out very quick and cooked perfectly. We also got some mixed drinks and they were made great. I got the sangria and it was probably one of the best sangrias I have ever had. The lobster punch drink was also good! Our server Dave was so great. We was helpful, kind and very attentive. If you ever decide to go here to eat ask for him and he will take great care of you. In terms of price, it might seem high but for this quality of food and good environment it's well worth it. I would say 5 stars! Thanks for the great service and dinner!
