Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lancaster

I will update this review from 09/09/22: I'm not quite sure what happened since my review 7 months ago (new manager, maybe), but this place has gone downhill. I've been a few times since my last review and both times I was disappointed. I understand that certain things are in short supply, but guacamole? Really? Both times I was told we were from Guacamole. This last time, I'm sorry we don't have grilled vegetables, you have to wait about 20 minutes. I mean, I order a veggie bowl, so Veggies and Guac are important. Most stainless steel tubs were more than half empty, a few of them completely empty. The food area and the floor were dirty. I wanted pinto beans and the server had to fish some kind of white paper from the container. She said okaaaay, pulled it out with her hand (glossy) and threw it on the ground. The bathroom was dirty and the stable was made of toilet paper. The dining area was also... Food on the ground, left over food and utensils on the tables.... Both of my last visits could not be added to my account because the app didn't work. No one seemed to be interested in that. The team in Teamwork is missing. Someone asked the manager about something and she was back, screamed back, and servers at the front were visible rolling their eyes, sharp. Obviously, a bad management fits, and they all seem harassed by the fact that they work there. I'll find another place now. For $24 for two bowls it is worth going out. Good food, very fresh. Also in the restaurant very clean. A kind of this area's answer to Chipotle, but I like the taste better. Prices are appropriate for the quantity of food.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Because the staff at this point does not deserve the 4 star rating that Google Maps gave them! First impression we were met with a huge pile of dirt at the beginning of the line and a terrible smell when entering. When we ordered the Steakfajita quesadilla, we got the worst attitude. They held remarks about spiting into the veggies they fried at what point the guy cooking replied Oh go before IDC. You just have to deal with your wife. So joking or not his still literally turning stomach. Then all the time we wait for our food that we stopped standing there to hear the 3 ppl work then complain about making them even for us... We waited to eat our food for a good 15 min, which is not a big thing when they were busy or something, but we were literally the only 2 ppl in the restaurant at the time! We waited that long bc the two went back and forth, who needed to make them bc, none of them wanted... I never felt so awkward in my life in a restaurant!!! I'm sure management is doing something about it, so it can be avoided in the future, I can honestly say that you lose a lot of business.

Pretty good Mexican food. Similar to Chipotle, where you choose and choose your ingredients. Girl behind the counter was really nice and helpful explaining all the options. The restaurant itself was dirty. No clean tables to sit on us had to select one and clean yourself. It was slow, so no apology that the dining room was not taken care of. While we ate a girl, it came out and began to wipe tables and lay chairs on them as if they were closed. But there were about 90 minutes left to go before closing. Slamming chairs on the tables even right next to us while we eat. Super rude and annoying. I'll find somewhere else next time.

We visited Pittsburgh to visit a religious ceremony with a political event. We're hungry halfway and found this jewel along the highway. The bowl was very fresh with delicious vegetable meat. Service was nice and the server was generous in its part. Really good experience!

Good food. Chicken tacos were tasty. The chicken queso bowl was also delicious.
