Pine View Dairy - Lancaster

This restaurant in Lancaster County has some of the best ice cream around and is a fun destination for families. My son especially enjoyed meeting the baby cow.

I love to visit the baby calves and I make it a point to take my grandchildren a few times while the calves are there because they love to visit them too and their ice is absolutely delicious! I don't get ice often, but I can't give it up!

Pine View Dairy ice cream is five stars. I enjoy it at the Sweet Shoppe on occasion. The location of the farm and the scenery...five stars. The staff of the store..zero stars. Thus the overall rating of three stars. I will never go directly to the dairy ever again but I will enjoy their ice cream elsewhere.

Pine View Dairy is always a delicious choice. I didn't have much time on my visit, so I was thrilled to return. Interacting with the cows and observing their unique personalities is truly fascinating. The young calves are charming and the older cows are inquisitive. The ice cream is incredibly delicious and their treats are fantastic. I can't say enough positive things about this place.

Our group included a two-year-old who loves animals, especially cows. He enjoyed watching the cows, especially the ones that were born that morning, he loved watching them being milked, and then seeing them leave the barn. The restaurant had a great variety of baked goods, meals, and snacks. It was fantastic. We all enjoyed our visit and I would recommend it to anyone who loves ice cream and cows.
