Ordered lunch today and the rice was really bad that I ended up throwing away the food and eating just the lettuce wrap. Rice was over cooked and all I could get is largechunks stocked together. My wife’s Mongolian beef was dry and juiceless. Used to be much better but quality is going down.
We enjoyed our meal it was delicious, as expected. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait to be seated had a good atmosphere.
All the food was phenomenal! I meant to take a better picture we had a full table full! We love Gluten free friendly they are with lots of options.
We came here for the first time and had Tyler for our waiter. He was awesome! Super helpful and attentive to our needs and finding what we wanted to eat. He was also perfectly sarcastic so he made it fun. The restaurant is nicely decorated and makesfor a unique atmosphere and the food was so good (my husband got the glazed salmon and I had the spicy tuna roll sushi). Myhusband wasn’t too impressed with their fried rice but I thought it was pretty good so I guess it depends what yourexpectations are. Will definitely be comi mg back, hopefully to see Tyler too!
PF Great Chinese Restaurant I was in several and checked them all... This far worse. He started with our waiter and said he can't keep our drinks full. The appetizers were amazing... dynamite shrimp, fried emptying and my favorite latetuce wraps. 45 minutes later, after appetizers are served, the waiter says he will check for our food. I watched the conversation with the chef, our food order was not even placed. There were several problems from this point. The waiter lied and tried to accuse the problem of being busy... First you don't lie to customers... 10 minutes later, the food comes out obviously.... LoMy noodles still on the cold side, my honey crispy chicken soggy, and tastes like orange chicken and the sweet N acid chicken was ok. The fried rice came in 1 bowl for 2 separate orders...??? The waiter apologized, but also covered him with lies. When other people were told they were sitting 10-15 minutes later... We said we were basically wrong and were distracted for more lies. You remember these beverage refill problems, we got 1 so at least he was honest that he didn't get any refills.... In the end honesty is the best policy.... When we finished our meal, the manager seemed to take over... I think you should not have the quality of the meal you pay for yet. The manager had to know the problem, but did nothing, even opened the door when we left for us, and when he asked how everything was, I answered in 1 word. TERRIBLE... At this point we had paid and went... isolated incidents maybe, lay to cover it and know that there was a problem and did nothing to solve it... shame....
