Kfc - Lancaster

About a year ago, I went to KFC in lancaster (rockvale), and they refused to let me buy anything at drive thru, because I didn't have a car. I finally got a car, and on Saturday, June 25th, 2022, I finally got a car and the only thing I wanted was a 16 piece all dark meat bucket of chicken. They use to sell this to me for an extra charge, which I didn't mind, but since COVID happened, they no longer allow this. Do they think that their chicken is made of gold? It's a chicken place for god's sake. You can't tell me that they do not have dark meat chicken. Welcome to KFC in Rockvale, where the customer is always wrong!! I would have given them zero stars, but that option was not available. They don't even deserve one star!!

The restaurant also offers long john silver’s menu. fish and garnel ordered, but when I asked for tartaric acid sauce and cocktail sauce, they had no. they forgot to give me one. very badly organized. they skip this place.

We are here yesterday at 22:30 o'clock. I ordered a 3 piece of delicate food and a famous bowl. I came into the window and the pregnant woman with dark hair and facial spiercings, which allegedly the manager asked me if I got the 3 pieces tender food and I said yes. I paid for my meal and when I returned the bag there was no bowl or sauce, so I asked about the bowl and sauce. And this supposed manager said if you were not on the phone when I repeated your order, you would hear me and I didn't say anything about a famous dish. first I wasn't on my handy and when I was, it wasn't any of their business. I spoke to my mother in the passenger seat. second, she was not the original person who took my order, it was a man. So I asked her if she was to add a bowl to me and she refused. Wow, did my food order melt, then refused to do it? let me just say that the woman was the most beautiful person I ever had to deal with in a restaurant. when we were raised, she stood outside and spoke to a van full of children who was just parked there. it was ignorant and rude, although our whole interaction. no wonder they have as many terrible reviews with management as that. all she had to do was what they did to my job.

I ordered online for. 3:30 pick up… it’s 3:54 and I’m still waiting. I started out in the drive theu- but the line wasn’t moving so decided to come in to “pick up” my food. Apparently I’m waiting on biscuits. Very disappointed it’s taking this long (25 minutes) to make biscuits.

Three of us had the fried chicken it was great perfect, the cook was a young man Carlos, it was delicious and his personality along with the other staff was great. Thanks Carlos and the Rockvale.KFC PA day crew 8/19/22
