Heritage Lancaster

This restaurant offers great value for the price, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The rooms are small and could use a chair for reading. On a positive note, the toiletries provided were excellent!

And the breakfast! Wow, it was outstanding! The staff that morning went above and beyond to accommodate my son and me, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. I really wish I could have stayed another night, but I wanted to explore the area. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a peaceful and quiet experience with delicious food!

Adequate... food was fine, cream was OK, Staff was wonderful.

I was told that corporate policies that they don't clean a room for. Make guest feel like farm animals I would not stay at this hotel. We stayed for 3 days and never cleaned the room once. We had our towels that we used in our room . We had to asked for clean towels every day.Rooms: Never cleaned my room for 3 days.DisgustingNo

The hotel is clean but quite outdated; the mattresses need to be replaced, as I had to put a pillow behind me to avoid rolling off. The toilets are very low as well. Most importantly, the man at the check-in desk was extremely rude. He sat behind his desk across the room, asking for information while making sure everyone in the small area could hear it. I won't be returning.
