El Rodeo Mexican - Lancaster

Horrible!! I bought $80 worth of tacos hard and soft and all I wanted was beef and cheese on the tacos and ALL the tacos were ripped apart into 2 pieces instead of holding and eating the taco my family and I had to eat the tacos with a spoon and I paid $6 for sour cream and there was no sour cream in my order which I had delivered I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and he called me a liar that his employees put the sour cream in the order he also told me I was yelling and I was not yelling he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and was very rude!!! We will never order here again

MESSED UP ORDER 2 TIMES I GAVE UP. ORDERED 4 (3 TACO MEALS ALL SOFT BEEF GOT THERE THEY WERE HARD THEY SWAPPED THEM OUT , THEN CAME SOFT BEEF TACOS WITH TOMATOS IN IT NO WHERE ON THERE MENU DOES A REGULAR SOFT TACO INCLUDE TOMATOES NOR DID I ASK FOR IT. WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT .

The waiter was excellent and the atmosphere great. My chimichanga was hot but the rice and beans were lukewarm. They should improve on this. New visit on 6/7/2024: Food was hot and delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair ramps on both sides of parking, up front next to handicap area.

The food was really good,everything was fresh.great drinks for everyone.had the number 10(beans and rice with 2 hard beef tacos) was super good and you Get a basket of chips.server was good just not super attentive.definitely recommend

I live in York Pennsylvania and used to el rodeo , all the time almost to the point where it was weekly. I live in York, Pennsylvania I used to frequent El Rio, all the time. Then all of a sudden the food became bland and watered down, so I stopped going. It has been several months. Today I decided I’d revisit the one in Lancaster since I was here and see if if things have changed here too and guess what it has.
