Chop Sushi - Lancaster

This place is fantastic if you're a fan of a $15 bowl of rice. I used to visit frequently, but over the past couple of months, it seems like they've changed their approach and are skimping on the fish. This is the third time it's happened, so I think I'm done with it.

The quality, variety, and operating hours were much better before the pandemic. I'm curious to see if they will return to their previous standards. Before Covid, I would have rated them a 5.

I absolutely love the food and the service here, but the hours need to be adjusted. They're quite inconvenient. It's disappointing that they're closed on Mondays and Sundays, and today (Tuesday) they're also closed due to staffing issues.

Chop Sushi, whether your getting sushi or Hibachi style takeout, is an amazing bang for your buck. It’s like the Chipotle of Asian food and you can mix and match ingredients for a fantastic meal! Two people ordering takeout out with a 20% tip can easily have 3-4 meals worth of food for about $20-25.
