Chick-fil-a - Lancaster

Just had the BEST experience! I was so hungry so I put in a mobile order and when I got here the inside had closed. I couldn't go through the drive through with my truck and trailer, so I figured I'd just have to eat someplace else. I was sitting in theparking lot figuring out where I was going to eat, and two of the ladies came running out with my meal. I wish I would knowtheir names so I could give them a raise shout out, but either way, I'm happy! ????

I had a great experience at this location, once again!! They do get really busy at times, and usually do an amazing job of managing the rush and keeping the wait time to a minimum. The recent changes helped out the flow for mobile orders a lot. Thestaff is super nice... overheard a complaint from a drive through customer who was demanding a refund, and the staff went aboveand beyond to resolve and apologize for the problem (the problem did not seem reasonable). I would recommend this place toanybody, and plan to be back! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!

It was super busy but the lines moved fast and everything was put together in such an orderly fashion that it looked like it should have taken an hour but it was only 15 min or so!

Not the usual speedy service we're used to only one register was being used and we waited over 15 minutes after ordering for 2 shakes. The new Fall flavor is quite yummy, however!

Our experience here was excellent. This chick fila is definitely worth the wait! Sure the wait can be a little longer at times but they move people through relatively fast and their service is 2nd to none. We especially appreciated Jack , the friendlyolder gentleman that was in the dining area while we were there. He took time to make sure we had a highchair for our child andalso stopped and chatted with our son as well. Very friendly and helpful! Always happy to support a business that isn 't afraidto stand up for their values!????
