Upper lever Auntie Annes (center court) Doesn't listen to simple requests, talking to one co-worker extremely close (relationship close), handed my wife a napkin to clean off overflowed soda, acted as though the job was beneath him. All theselow rated comments that are seen means management needs to do something while they still have a few customers

I ordered a bucket of pretzel bits. Four staff members on hand. No one, seemed to know whats going on. The cash register person with 2 inch long fingernails was publicly eating and drinking without shame. Take away, you don't have employees withfake nail working in food service. You don't eat and wipe your mouth and than not wash your hands and handle customers food. Management needs to take charge. The pretzels were amazing as always

Got a small pretzel Nuggets they were hard as a rock.almost inedible. Maybe cause it's 3:00and they made too many and the mall is empty. I'd rather wait for fresh pretzels than get them right away and they're old and stale. Choose wisely. Ask how longthey been sitting before you order.

Wish I could have gave no stars. Waiting for service as all 3 employees looked like they did not want to work. Two went to the back to hide from work as the other acted busy. FYI if your on the clock you should be working.. if you don't like your job manyother places are hiring.
