The day had been rainy and we were very cold, we arrived early precisely because of the bad weather. We entered a room without heating, plunged into darkness. Perhaps to camouflage the disastrous “decoration” of the place? We wanted to open the shutters to take advantage of the outside light and the surprise was double. 1) The view was splendid, the snow covered everything, we were delighted 2) A swarm of flies flew out from inside the window. When I say swarm, it really means A LOT A LOT and some came back into the room, we had to kill them. In February it was all the more surprising... We ordered the evening meal at the hotel. They didn't want to give us a glass to drink from, we had to take the cups available in the bathroom, and we couldn't get a carafe of water, we had to pay for a bottle or help ourselves from the tap in the bathroom. bathroom. All this was a shame because from the outside the place seemed really pleasant. Luckily there was a view...
I can understand that the health context has had an impact on the quality of the services and knowing the long-standing establishment, I was able to see a change and unfortunately I share the opinion of previous customers.We are just leaving the hotel. Only one night but left us a mixed feeling. The price quality report would have to be reviewed. It is much too expensive for room quality and services. Unfortunately, the value of a 3-star hotel is not found. The room hasn't been rebuilt for years, it's very old. In addition, it was raining, the room was wet, without heating.No personnel communication on the operation of the various services and or time (closing the hotel door in the evening, breakfast times, time schedules and process of regulating the stay). We have to go fishing for information. Maybe it's due to a timidity on their part? The quality of the restaurant also declined. We are accustomed to long dates (it's about 20 years that I come to each season). Few local products, little home-made. For example, we are advertised home fries, given the taste and the rectangular and very regular shape, we are also wondering about the local charcuterie but also about brick milk in the morning or the croissants baked chocolate breads while there are superb artisans and farmers in the area. That's a shame. I want to believe that times are difficult but it is true that I expected to find good local products, as a point of honour at the local level and to show that, despite the crisis, every local merchant stands the elbows. The quality of services can be medium, but the price should also be medium. Unfortunately there, the rates go well beyond the quality of the hotel even if some renovations are made and the modernity of the restaurant room is pleasant. Another black point is the surcharges billed without being notified of their existence or their cost. We discover it at the time of the stay.In summary: average quality for the price even if, we agree there is a room with towel sheets with a shower room and an adjoining restaurant.We would have preferred to exchange voices on these limits with employees who, I think do their possible to keep the head out of the water but the service did not allow them to be available at that time. We believe in the future of the establishment. We simply want rates and benefits to be fair for customers who also suffer the health crisis. The bonus, the cook is very nice!

One week stay with family with a 4 year old child. Very friendly hoteliers, restaurant to recommend for the dishes and the view. Simple room but very clean and functional. Very good compliance with covid standards both for the hotel part and for the restaurant part. Service: 5 Location: 5
