Today, I ordered two meals without drinks. As usual, the young man at the counter handed us the sandwiches without bags, saying, "We're out of stock, like everything else." He didn't have any contact information for the manager, and one of the sandwiches fell apart while I also didn’t receive my chips. The service was lacking, but I can't place the blame on Adrian—he was doing the best he could with limited resources. I really think corporate needs to step in and address these issues at this location.
Half frozen pizzas, no lids, no meatballs, no bags, poor service due to being understaffed. This is a recurring issue with this location.
I have one question: does this resemble a meatball marinara?
I’ve never waited in subway as long as I did today. I had a family of 4 in front of me, their food was already just about done, yet I still waited 20 minutes for the employees to finish making sandwiches. The absolute worst part is the man working the register and finishing sandwich making, didn’t change his gloves after making the family’s food and checking them out. Used the same gloves that touched all of their food and toppings(mind you I am allergic to 2 subway items) the filthy computer, and continue to finish my sandwich putting his dirty gloves all over it… I am a past subway employee and it is MANDATORY you change gloves in between all customers.
