True Flavours - Lambeth

Order in deliveroo £30 worth of food two large both came with a small container of rice with pasta next to it. The unpepped steak with flavourless and salty with a hint of microwave. And still no1 cant fry a plantian brixton is down the road. Overall I uset to like trueflavours but now the flavours are false.

I placed my orders and waited when it was time to pay I only got two of the meals I ordered and was told I never ordered the third meal which I did I thought the lady was quiet abrupt but that’s neither here or there what upset me is when I got back I ordered a brown stew fish with extra Gravy over the rice and peas and we got fried fish which had no flavour and just tasted of flour and the two steak meals were very very dry and I also asked for gravy also it is so disappointing and unsatisfactory I’m not going back there

Great food good prices, bust food place in brixton, you must try, just need a biger shop which we could eat in there.

They talk to their customers (who are giving them business) like ****! We called ahead placed order and they said we didn’t order in the right way. She corrected me by saying the meal needs to be requested like this…. Who cares? As long as you get what dishes I’m requesting. Just have terrible attitude and they really need to brush up on their customer service skills but I won’t be returning!

The restaurant has some staff members who lack customer service skills and are quite rude. They seem to believe that being busy gives them the right to speak to customers however they see fit. During my recent visit, I ordered two lunch meals - one festival and one rice. Unfortunately, I was given fried dumplings instead. Realizing the mistake after leaving the restaurant, I promptly returned to inform them of the error. However, I was met with refusal to correct the mistake, accusations of making the mistake myself, and ultimately, rude behavior and shouting from the staff. I declined their offer to fix the error and was not impressed with their unprofessional behavior. Due to the disrespectful attitude of the staff, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
