The Village Tandoori - Lambeth

I made a reservation for dinner for three people. When we arrived, the restaurant was bustling due to it being the hottest day of the year. However, we were promptly seated at our table and all of the staff were friendly and attentive. We started with calamari, croquettes, and olives as appetizers, all of which were delicious. For our main courses, my two friends had perfectly cooked steaks while I opted for the recommended chicken risotto, which was beautifully cooked, seasoned, and presented. I can't wait to come back soon.

Classic pub food. Menu not overly inspiring but dishes executed well, would return

Great bar, lovely location. It's like the tardis, way bigger than you imagine, but in little sections that make it all lovely to visit.

Lovely place for social event. Nice food and good choices of wines and beers. Recommended as always.

Delicious food and a lovely pub. Fabulous sticky toffee pudding. Not a huge variety in vegetarian options.
