Nando's South Lambeth Road

The food was nice staff. However, our visit was held by the manager, who was disgustingly speaking to a young employee who helped me. As a manager, I am proud that my management team must be nothing but respectful than my personal, which was not the example that was experienced today. I recommend high-level management to address their management team more respectfully to their employees.

I had a previous bad experience with the unprofessional staff and subpar food quality at this restaurant. However, I must say that the new staff members are still learning, but they make up for it with their charisma and friendliness. I ordered the mixed boneless plate, which was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of heat. The food tasted fresh, the fries were cooked perfectly, and the portion size was generous. From a Portuguese perspective, the meal was amazing and has definitely improved my opinion of this restaurant. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by our server and the manager. I do not regret giving this restaurant a second chance.

Customer service not very well waited to serve age because only one person who even served members close to only chatting chichen was very dry as if it had been reheated

The time to eat in this special nandos and if I were completely honest the last time. my experience was enough to bring me together from nandos! the floor staff was amazing and polite, but on a question that a server did not know. the answer also, a female man who I think is name andy or another was asked how she didn't call her just happened to be in the same place) she then goes to roll her eyes and huff and puff, she turned on the server and said they were here a week, now they don't know this thing? stupid I couldn't believe she spoke to such a fellow worker! then I felt aggravated I said it was a simple question would have done a simple answer 'she turned to me and told her restaurant and she will do what she wants, and if I don't like it, then I can go unnecessary to say I went with my kids and I won't go back, senior management ned to retrain this woman because she is ruly vile to her sra! I hope she will see it.

I have been to Nando’s several times but had never been to the Vauxhall branch. When I arrived, it appeared that there were a lot of new employees who didn't quite know how to operate the tills, but we weren't in a hurry. The food came out incredibly quickly, and I have to say, this was the best Nando’s experience we have ever had. The chicken and halloumi were absolutely delicious! It truly satisfied our cravings. Thank you so much to the staff at Nando’s Vauxhall.
