Mcdonald's Restaurants - Lambeth

Menu don't speak much being vegetarian, I ordered a cheeseburger.. but got that with a beef patty.. so one can live on veg wraps only if wish to have something there..

Large and spacious interior layout which can accommodate a good amount of people. Upstairs seating available as well. Several touchscreen monitors available to order from and the swiftness in getting our food, given it was a Saturday night and particularly busy, was excellent. Our chicken nuggets were fresh and hot. The McDonald's restaurant is located along the High Street and on a night out, you have to cut through the Infernos Club queue to get inside. Decent buzz to the place, especially in the early hours of the morning, and a good McDonald's experience.

I 'm one who likes Marmite but can 't see the point of McDonald 's burgers. However, other items on the menu are OK so I do use them occasionally. This one is better than some in that it is reasonably spacious and (mostly) the front staff are courteous and helpful. However, the turnover of staff is typical for the chain and detracts from the brand loyalty that I feel for other chains. This branch seems to be used by some of the locals in the way that the old fashioned coffee bars used to be. In view of the local demographics, it seems to do well from the less affluent half of the population but is none the worse for that as sometimes there is quite a buzz amongst the clientele. Staff happy to bring food etc to your table if there is a delay or, like me, you can 't stand very well. No obvious 'wheelchair spaces ', thank goodness, but there is room enough for wheelchairs if you use one. I rate it average because it is still stereotypically a part of it 's chain/brand in spite of the efforts of the staff to help everyone enjoy their visit.

Nice to have your lunchbreak there once per week. We were there with my colleagues and we had nice food and fast.

The worst service I have ever received. Despite my order being so clearly late (acknowledged by the ordering number system) the staff didn’t care at all. Happy to let me flounder
