The bartender wearing a necklace that said "BOSS" was disrespectful and unwelcoming. She took shots before serving me, got my order wrong, and refused to fix her errors. The atmosphere was rude and inattentive. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Staff tried to charge us £10 for 2 lime sodas as ‘specialty drink’ i.e. not on the printed menu. When I asked for a refund after seeing our bill they tried to just give us a discount on another drink. Refused and managed to get a refund after 20 mins. Ngl felt like a Karen but it’s a cost of living crisis and staff knowing the price of stuff should be a basic thing
The atmosphere and music at this restaurant are fantastic. The food is delicious. However, the drinks could be served more quickly.
UNREAL night. Food, service and drinks were amazing all night! Couldn’t recommend anymore! Thanks guys!! 10/10
