Przekaż informację zwrotnąAs a veteran I have a Defence Discount Card (veterans discount) which should give me discount in KFC but KFC in Brixton has refused this the arrogant women claiming she is the supervisor was rude with a smile on her face. What annoyed me was not getting the discount but the smug face women behind the counter who refused ti admit she was in the wrong and she was rude.
Went to order and pick it up myself, black lady who was filling my box was looking everywhere else except what she was doing and so the 2 sauces and the 2 extra hotwings I ordered and paid for weren 't anywere in the box once i was home. Now the food, chips where dry soggy, too soft and had no taste whatsoever. The Zinger tower burger was so bad, the bread so dry and old, the two tiny skinny chicken patties where just dry tastless and hard as cardboard, no spiced coating just a little blob of hot sauce just horrible and i 've had so many good zingers in the past : Now, I though the hotwings have to be ok, they must cook them more often than the rest of the **** they served me so far.. They seemed nicely crisp on the outside, but inside Freaking raw! Not just pink but almost red! These people need to be retrained, they need to learn ****** TEMPERATURES! And I 'm a 28 years experienced chef and I have the right to say it. Never again, get a grip guys, start firing whoever is the manager who doesnt check the **** food and the attitude that goes on front house.
Worst service I ever had each visit , if my kids didn’t asked for it , I will never come to this Brixton kfc
We had to wait a while to order our food at KFC Brixton after work (1am) on a Thursday evening/ Friday morning. However, when we did, we were greeted by the most kind and thoughtful human being Nikhil. Nikhil apologised for how late they were running and made sure we got everything we asked for, plus sauces. I have had issues with this branch before, but this was the most lovely experience and made the wait well worthwhile. Big thanks to Nikhil for staying polite and keeping good service for us key workers even at 1am!
As me and a couple friends went to KFC BRIXTON today we walked in the shop to see messy ques and out of service card machines. Not one of the staff members helped customers with the machines nor tell them that it was broken. The que was so unorganised. Additionally, staff were very rude, loud and slow. When i had then waited already 10 minutes in the que i waited even more than 15 minutes for my food to be prepared (there was not that much people in the shop at the time). The staff were having their own conversations not caring or noticing how much people were frustrated by waiting for their food for a long period of time. When i had got given my food it wad dry and cold, there was no salt on the chips. This is very poor and i shouldn't have to wait for my food that long!
