El Rancho De Lalo - Lambeth

Cute family place. Gay friendly and the food is good. The key aspect is the customer service. They lack basic customer service and get confused about what they have on the menu. The staff seem quite lost and this affects the overall experience but this should not stop from trying the place which I would recommend and come again myself.

This restaurant is now located at 1 Buckner Road, Brixton Hill. Big airy premises with lots of attentive and friendly waiting staff. I think they might only be open for lunch, but might be wrong about that. Great Colombian food a fantastic choice whatever your appetite! The owner is very present and friendly. A really good experience and will definitely go again.

This restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly hospitable. Guillermo, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us and provided excellent recommendations for our first dining experience there. We had no regrets and will definitely be returning soon. Guillermo is amazing - he made us feel right at home. Outstanding work, Guillermo!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the meal of the day and was served three soups for £27. There was hardly any meat in the soups, and I was also expecting rice to be included. Please see the pictures below for reference.

Proper Colombian food! Worth the price. Had cazuela de marizcos and picada. Highly recommend! Service was excellent. Premises are very nice and clean.
