Rojo's Roastery - Lambertville

The customer service was outstanding. The barista was quite humble about her latte-making skills, but I encouraged her to whip one up for me. It turned out to be better than most lattes I've had, and we even shared a laugh about it. She was incredibly kind and went on to create a second latte that was truly a work of art. The coffee itself was just right for me—not bitter at all and served at the perfect temperature. They clearly know how to roast their beans and craft beautiful foam designs. I highly recommend this place for a quick coffee break along with a slice of blueberry bread or copper cake. I’ll definitely be coming back!

With a blend of rustic and industrial design, the ambiance of this restaurant feels more practical than deliberate. However, this approach really pays off, creating a unique and appealing vibe. You can see the coffee beans being roasted right before your eyes, and the coffee itself is excellent.

I enjoyed a lovely latte topped with a heart design in the steamed milk. You can choose to sit at café tables or in a more comfortable, living room-style setting. The roastery equipment and storage are visible around the edges of the room, adding to the ambiance.

I grew up not far from this place, and every time I visit Bucks County, I hope for a great coffee spot... I'm so glad I found it. Wonderful staff, large cortado and Ethiopian beans that they had on the drip were amazing. Come on!

Incredible coffee in an industrial, yet cozy, setting. As a local, this is my go to place for a coffee most mornings. Just love the ambiance and vibe. I'd recommend the Cortado for those who wanna sip something slow and just take in the atmosphere.
