L’italiano - Lalitpur

This modern italian restaurant is the perfect place for a date.... the seating and ambience are very romantic.... the selection of wine is great and so is the food.... service is quite good.... but the ambience and music is best..... definitely recommended for dates

My expectations was higher for pizza,but after talking 1 bite , same taste as other restaurant except Road House , Inside Ambitious was nice ,the environment was neat and clean , keep it up the good work

Too expensive for what I got. Such a disappointment. Should have known this is not the same vesper Cafe. Had very limited options for pizza. They didn't have chicken pizza so ordered Prosciutto pizza. Prosciutto was of poor quality. This cold cut of ham was supposed to melt in your mouth but there were silver skin making it rubbery, chewy and inedible. Pizza that cost Rs 1000 with this quality is disappointing. I wish they had at least used smoked prosciutto instead of cold cut. Services was also not at par. Ambience was nice but the price I paid seems to be only for the location and environment. How much would you pay in a restaurant for a bottle of water whose MRP is clearly written Rs 70? I paid Rs 204. To top it up waiter even didn't bother asking if I wanted mineral water. He just opened the bottle on his way from counter to our table don't even know if it was sealed. That is not how it's done in service industry. I might have preferred normal water or may even not want water. Or even on such a hot day, I might have wanted chilled refrigerated mineral water instead of warmly stored bottle. But no, they served whether I want it or not and charge me almost thrice the original price. All I want to suggest them is, if you are charging this much then you better provide quality in food and the service.

Not worth the hype. Went there for lunch. We had pizza margarita, pasta linguini and tagliatelle. Pizza was nothing special. Vera pizza serves similar quality or even better pizzas. linguini was so so. Tagliatelle taste so bad we couldn't eat second bite after the first. We told the waiter who cleared our tables about the food. There was no follow up. Being in the hospital business for 10+ years and specially with the high end restaurant this is not what i expect. Not going back again.

Fine din for Italian cuisine, the pizzas the Carbonara were absolutely tasty! Also the fresh orange juice margaritas. Here are a few times, they were always consistent! Worth the price!
