Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Lakewood

Needed a good burger,so ended up at RED ROBIN n Lakewood Mall/I had Monster Burger wife had GUACAMOLE BACON CHEESEBURGER

I find Red Robin hit or miss I'm general, and it's not top of the line restaurant quality and more like fast food. BUT, the service at the Long Beach/Lakewood location knocked it out of the park. They were packed but we had above excellent service from the hottest, server, the team that helped the server bring out items. Everything was correct, fast and 5 star. The manager and team deserve some kudos.

It was packed on the day I went, they had a huge party of +10 people but they still accommodate me in a timely manner. One of the waitresses was already clocking out but she didn't make me feel rush, she went out of her way to get me a last minute refill of fries. Felt grateful

It was great, we celebrated Mia Isabella's birthday. Everyone was so very helpful and very kind and Mia had a great time she enjoyed herself immensely as did

Took a group of students here for lunch as a reward. Our server Edward was amazing. He took such good care of us. He was helpful and quick. Our food was delicious, and came out in a very timely manner. The only small issue was they put us in a very small space for 8 people. We worked it out because one person ended up not making it. We appreciate exceptional service at a time that we know everyone is struggling to staff. We thank Edward and the whole Lakewood Red Robin staff for their kindness. Took a 2nd group of students for lunch again they were so patient and amazing again. The manager Desiree and server Amena were so so awesome. Would definitely come and bring the kids back time and time again.
