Pizza Pizzaz - Lakewood

I absolutely love their small and medium pizzas; the crust is just right, not too thick. Their hot sandwiches are also delicious. The pasta is decent, but I particularly enjoy the chicken Alfredo. The chicken is tasty, and their pizza rolls are some of the best options if you're looking for something other than pizza—I highly recommend them! I usually order barbecue wings and Minute Maid lemonade, but I've also tried their BBQ chicken pizza, which was fantastic. This place has become my favorite spot since it's conveniently close to my home.

Overall, I had no issues during my visit. I was in and out quickly, and the place was quite clean compared to other businesses in the area.

On Wednesday, November 29th, around 5 PM, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff that was working that day was among the nicest people I've ever encountered in customer service. They were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and efficient in their roles. I've been coming here for years because I love the pizza rolls, but this time, the way the staff treated all the customers truly made an impression on me!

Great food, poor service. We ordered a pizza for pickup, the woman told us it would take 15 minutes. We arrived roughly 15 minutes later and saw them saucing our pizza (garlic sauce). They apologized and told us they would deliver the pizza to us in our car. 20 minutes after that we went back inside and the pizza was sitting there. It's possible they forgot. We weren't thrilled. When we got home and tasted the pizza it was amazing! Garlicky, creamy, bursts of tomato and bacon. The crust was perfectly chewy and soft, crispy on the outside. It really was great pizza. Leaving the restaurant we were miffed by the service and annoyed by the price. After tasting the food we are conflicted. We might be back. It really was tasty.

Excellent customer service. If anything goes wrong with your order. They go above and beyond to make it right. It's a little bit more than some pizza chains. Food and quality are top notch.
