Mcdonald's - Lakewood

I used a code for $3 bagel code 3185 and they charged me 6.01 twice and so I went back in and they said there's nothing they can do cause the code was bad and I said ok but u also charged me twice and they became rude and said if it has to do with the code there's nothing they can do

Food was hot and fresh. The manager brought it to our table and was very friendly. Play area was clean.Kid-friendliness: Has open kid play place. It was clean.

Morning crew/drive thru are GREAT!Afternoon and evening are terribleGoing inside to order is a nightmare. Only can use a kiosk to order is ridiculous. Didn't see the sign and was standing there like 10 minutes. Not one employee approached us to say Can we help you? Please use kiosk. Nothing. Night crew needs customer service training

Came through the drive thru and was parked. EVERYONE BEHIND ME got their food before me when I had two meals. They LOST MY ORDER so they asked for my receipt so they could fulfill my order. Came out COLD AND large fries were 1/4 missing I asked the lady who brought my order I got attitude about it when the car next to me I could see their large fries overfilling the container obviously taller than the bag itself. So I was annoyed. THIS IS NOT OKAY MCDONALDS.

BEST MCDONALD IN DENEVR. LADIES ARE AWESOME FOOD IS AWESOME. Can't speak highly enough of this
