Manic Meatballs - Lakewood

It's like the Subway of meatballs but better. We first tried their meatballs from their truck and really liked them so we've visited the restaurant a few times as well. You order the type of meat you want, the base noodles or potatoes) and then sides and optional toppings. They have Impossible meatballs if you don't eat meat or ate gluten intolerant. They have gluten free sides available as well. I was able to order lingonberry lemonade from the food truck which I think is a seasonal item and I loved it. It's definitely different and I enjoy eating here as a nice treat. You get a ton of food for what you order. The staff are very nice and the tables are always clean. The environment is roomy and bathrooms are clean. My only complaint is to turn the music down old lady alert) because I can't hear the staff from behind the counter and we had to move tables in the dining area because the music there was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. Negative stars !!!!Horrible!! Noodles were hard and both meatballs and noodles were dry and seemed like they had been sitting for hours. We were there at dinner time and were only people there. Probably should have left when we noticed that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing meatballs, so glad we found this place while looking for something around the base while visiting. The baked beans are as good as everyone says and the green beans were even better. To be fair they had just been grilled so were also fresh. Parking: The parking sitch is compounded by the construction, it's not the fault of the restaurant at all. Service: Dine in

The flooded fries with meatballs were very tasty, the meatballs themselves are tender and seasoned great. The portions are huge. The bacon wrapped meatballs weren't quite as good. They were dried out somewhat from the second cook with the bacon. The beans are a must. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
