The staff is friendly, which is a plus, but I wouldn't be surprised if their shuffling machines aren't properly inspected on a regular basis—perhaps not even weekly or monthly. It's essential to ask how often their machines are checked before playing at tables that use shuffling machines.

The House Fried Rice comes in a generous portion, packed with shrimp, BBQ pork, and chicken—one order is enough to serve two people. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. While there are no slot machines, there are excellent table games available. I enjoy the smaller casino because the dealers and floor managers treat you like a friend. Pai Gow and Spanish 21 appear to be particularly popular there.

When I arrived, I went into the bar area, but the bartender didn't acknowledge my presence. I sat down where she could see me, but I had to get the attention of another staff member passing by to remind her that I was there. She eventually came over, dropped the menu on my table, and still offered no greeting or acknowledgment. No "hello," no offer of a drink—nothing. After I sat there waiting to place my order, she never returned to the table. I refuse to give my money to a place with such poor service. They really need to reconsider how they treat their customers, because good customer service is important no matter how busy they are. It seems they are so well-off that they didn't need my $100.

I visited here for takeout I didn't go for the casino. I ordered almond chicken and chicken fried rice and the Walnut prawns. I was disappointed in the meal it was highly expensive and I thought I would get plain rice with the walnut chicken and the almondchicken but that didn't happen apparently since I ordered the chicken fried rice I didn't get white rice. So that was a bitupsetting to me and I didn't feel like going back since I had already left and I was at home. The server was great he wasfantastic actually I liked him a lot he made sure that he kept me up to date with my meal he gave me some water and he also gaveme a beverage. That's the reason why I've given three stars otherwise this would be one star. Again the food was overpriced andI feel like my order was incorrect. I didn't even get a fortune cookie. So I may not visit this location again for food or Iwould have to order something different.

The food is very inconsistent here some shifts they have chefs that know how to cook Chinese some shifts only have chefs that are only familiar in Vietnamese and American entrees. Last time I was here their fried rice tasted bland unlike the way ittasted back in 2016. Palace Casino is 1.3 mi away I'd recommend you go there for grabbing a bite to eat.
