La Chele Salvadorean Pupuseria

This place has so delicious food. Very tasty, the chicken tamals are a pleasure, all in general is super rich. But the prices are a bit high and there is not so much tension due to Served from a man and not very social or friendly. But eating is a total pleasure.

My husband and I wanted to try this place for a while, so I ordered a few today because I believed Horchata anyway. It was delivery, so I can't talk to the restaurant myself. This is some of the best food I had in the year. I literally kept halfway through food coming to write this review. Everything is so tasteful! We kept it quite simple and tried only some of the pupusa's, tamal, curtida (delicious! and Horchatas. I don't usually get excited on the sides, but their blackbeans are the best I had. I can only imagine how great everything else is and we will definitely eat here again. In any case, give this place an attempt.

Very expensive for good food. Pupusas are very flat and in each case 4.25. Carne Guisada was a large portion, but was 17.95 At this time online menu does not match the menu to the restaurant price was. Tortillas served us were bought, not the hand made tortillas as offered.

Friendly staff and delicious food. I had many of their dishes, but I'm going back to their Papusas! Great little lunch place for you or your office team.

La Chele is my go to spot when it comes to Hispanic food. They give extremely generous portions and after years of coming here I?ve never been discontent with their service or food quality. This is one of the only places around that gives a generous portion of meat in their burritos. The refried black beans are the best that I?ve ever had. I?d love to keep this place a secret, but it needs recognition for their amazing service and food. BTW if you?ve never had a papusa you?re missing out.
