Kfc - Lakewood

If you go thru the drive thru make sure you check your order. They do seem to get it wrong from time to time. But aside from that the staff is very friendly. The wait is generally very short and they have super delicious fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy! Their biscuits are pretty yummy too especially with honey sauce. Always a great choice for fast yummy fried chicken and sides.

This KFC was not that great. The chicken was old and cold. If you like KFC I would try a different one. The customer service was bad as well. They charge me almost ten dollars for chicken that was left under the heat lamps for a long time. I don’t think I will ever go back to this one.

I ordered the crispy fried chicken. Bland, tasteless. Where are the herbs and spices. I guess they walked out that day. Also why have posters, and menu items that are no longer available. Ie spicy chicken bowls .

This place hustles. Every time I come, the gals and staff are efficient most noticeably-nice. Brightens my day many times. Customer service like this is not always a given at a drive thru.

Stopped in KFC recently. Hadn't been there in a long while. The chicken was nice. Has that certain KFC taste that is unique and always good. The sides were all good too.
