Nice spot. Great service. Ample parking. Lots of plant based, healthier options if you're into that. They've got a huge selection. First timers, would definitely return.

Don't even bother coming, they won't be open half the time and from the looks of other reviews, the food they do serve just isnt worth it.

I wish I could rate this place higher but sadly I’d be surprised if they don’t go out of business soon. I’ve been here three times over the past like year and 2/3 times the store is closed during their posted hours. Last time I went was 9/4/22 at about 3:30 pm (well between their 12-9ish pm winter hours) and nobody there, no lights, and no posted note as to why they were closed. The one time I did go I ordered a dole whip (the only reason I keep trying to come back here) and my boyfriend ordered this $20 over the top milkshake. I feel like this place could 100% be a great ice cream spot if they were reliably open and maybe had some smaller/cheaper options. Definitely has a wide menu and seemingly good vibe to the place. Reliable hours is a MUST first.

Wasted gas coming here and they weren't open. Update your hours for goodness sakes. Gas ain't cheap

This was second time visiting in about 3 weeks, I 'm from east coast and was in LA visiting family. They have a their menu on TV screens and it was very different this time. I saw the had 1, 2 and 3 scoop sizes. I ordered four items. 2 Dole swirls, a watermelon Dole and a 2 scoop sundae with cookie dough and butter pecan flavors. Asked for reeses pieces and peanut butter sauce on top. I received five items. 1 Dole swirl, 1 watermelon Dole, my 2 scoop sundae and 1 dish of cookie dough and another dish of butter pecan with peanut butter sauce. When I asked what happened with my 2 scoop sundae I was told that it doesn 't come as I order 's it. In other words the sundae was with vanilla ice cream only. I pointed out the two scoop serving on the menu and that i clarified what i want on my sundae with the person who took my order and they said, sure, no problem. There was a problem! How do I order 4 items, get 5 items and am missing an item.... They gave me the missing swirl and said that that cancels out the two dishes of ice cream. But what am I to do with 6 items when I only wanted 4 items? Unfortunately that ruined my ice cream eating experience and I will not be going back. But as to not be vindictive, I give 3 stars. Hope who ever goes has better experience
