I recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna...it's fresh and delicious! Not to mention their $3 beers for happy hour....we are definitely coming back for more
It was pretty good. I made an order. People were nice. The gyoza dumplings were left out of my order. Disappointed when I came home.

Great Thai food. Fabulous for the set menu Green curry with beef Spicy Basil with chicken steam and eggs roll very well and good portions for $11,95 . Beautiful atmosphere and friendly stuff. I'm coming back. Love the food presentation and season.
Change of ownership: In April 2021 there are new owners. The current owner and boss, Niko, sold the business. He will concentrate his time and energy in his flagship restaurant, Sushi Plantation, in Mission Viejo. Hanako was definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever eaten. The dishes of Niko were as attractive and creative as they were delicious. Many friends and family sang there. Although we are sad that he leaves the area we all wish him. As for the future of this place, it seems that the new owners introduce a mix of sushi and Thai cuisine. 2018 A great place for sushi and creative menu items. The chef has been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years. He studies in France and brings this knowledge to his food preparations. The presentation is great, as the unique blend of flavors form this different kitchen. Of course, the sushi is in the heart of what is offered. I was in many places where the temperature of the fish is too cold (tasteless) or just a bit too warm (mushy). Chef Niko serves his sushi at exactly the right temperature, so the flavors are their tip and the texture of the fish is not affected. It's rare. The restaurant is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. There are many free parking spaces. Ask Chef Niko for suggestions and you will be impressed with what he can do. We're sure we're back with friends.
