Hana Matsuri Sushi - Lakewood

The food was insanely delicious, but the service was... begrudged? Passionless? It made me feel like an alien...? Not a smile or a polite word from our server... not a cozy feeling. They must be overworked.I also wish seating wasn't so awkwardly open in the center; everyone chooses to sit against the walls.The fried avocado-salmon sushi and egg rolls were incredible, though! Highly recommended to order via delivery with Doordash, not eat-in.

My second visit and it was just as good as the first.i shared a sea weed salad and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The miso soup warmed me up nicely for the sushi boat. We also had hot tea and drunken whale saki.

My favorite place in the Denver metro for sushi. The fish is always fresh and the servers are attentive and personable. I have gone to higher end spots and I don't find them to be as good as here.

This place is so good! They are quick, clean, and super friendly. Definitely recommend this spot for some good sushi!

Ordered sushi using a GroupOn on a beautiful 80+ degree day and requested to sit outside and I believe the owner greeted me up front and was extremely rude, no customer service. I’ve never been to a restaurant where you can’t sit outside unless it’supscale or luxury: it wasn’t busy it was barely 4:45 pm on a Monday with a light guest list. When my food was ready instead ofhanding it to me she just placed it on a chair ???? I’m Definitely taking my business elsewhere and customers can sensegood/negative energy. Disappointing the server was super kind though so shoutout to her for asking if I was helped. She shouldbe the one to greet customers because she was kind.
