If I could give less I would... I went in and it was empty... still took 5 min to be acknowledged. Once I begun my order, and tried to substitute the dairy boosters for non dairy boosters they said its company policy that we don 't substitute went to get her manager and she repeated it. I explained that at every location (including this one) i have never had any issues over the years of coming. I have dietary restrictions and was willing to pay any differences there was. They remained in their no so I walked out. If you have any dietary restrictions DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Horrible customer service at the lakewood location. Even worse customer service from corporate.I ordered a drink, and it was made wrong. When I brought up the issue, the employee became upset. Her coworker offered to fix the problem and she was aware the drink was in fact made wrong. While waiting for my drink the same girl who made the mistake proceeded to showcase the same disrespectful attitude towards other customers. I reached out to corporate over a month ago and have yet to hear a response.

I love this place! Best smoothies I have tried. My favorite is the strawberry slim and fit. So good! And it has protein, energy and fat burner in it. Tastes great and gets you through your workout or just your day.

My husband and I love ordering our smoothies from here! The taste is always on point! My favorite is the South Pacific!!!

The manager there, I believe her name is Zay? She is fantastic! It's truly the best customer service I've ever encountered. Every time I visit, she is incredibly helpful and friendly. She definitely deserves a raise! The store is excellent, and the employees are great too.
