El Pollo Loco - Lakewood

I go to this El pollo loco at least 2x a week. The staff are great and very friendly.they know me by my name. The food there is great I have never had a bad experience there.....

As I mentioned in a post yesterday, God created Mexico so that Mexicans could craft their amazing cuisine. I visited El Pollo Loco for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! It had the best roasted chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life! Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning many times.

I ordered their tostada bowl and really enjoyed it. I would have given it 5 stars, but the chicken was a little dry. I understand that chicken breast can be tricky to keep moist, but I think they should have a better method for it.

Great customer service Lobby was actually clean today and friendly Leadership and Cashier. today visit was impressive great change keep up the good work and clean restaurant is a plus I ended up eating in and I always take out but today I dined in great job
