Dunkin' - Lakewood

I strongly advise against ordering a matcha latte from this place. I've tried it multiple times, and each time they've added far too much matcha powder, resulting in a drink that is extremely dark, gritty, and chunky. It's really unpleasant.

I had the worst experience at a coffee shop here. The place was littered with trash, and none of the staff were wearing gloves while preparing food. The service was not only unprofessional but also very slow. I didn't feel comfortable eating the bagel, which had just a tiny dot of cream cheese on it.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I recommend going to the Dunkin’ Donuts on 117th instead. The staff at the Spring Garden location are not good at their jobs. Update: This continues to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I ordered through the app for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. The drive-thru line was backed up onto Detroit, and yet they refused to give me a refund. I can’t believe how frustrating this is; I will never return to this location. The employees at the 117th location are always friendly and get my order right every time. I have to say, this location is absolutely the worst.

Worst food I've ever tasted from a Dunkin. The hash browns were freezer burnt, the Hot Chocolate taste like water, the breakfast croissant sandwiches were old, the only thing that was decent was the iced latte. Choose another Dunkin' or another chain coffeeshop (ie. Starbucks). Stay far away from this one. It's a waste of money.

This is the second time in a row I?ve had a horrible experience here. I had two UberEats orders to pick up and the doors were locked and they would not pick up the phone. Tried to get their attention by knocking on the window and they initially ignoredme until I held my phone up to the window and they pointed to go around to the drive thru which was a mile long. Luckily, therewas someone doing deliveries at the side door and I asked him to tell the workers that I have orders. ?Ok? was their response.They finally came out with a nasty attitude and handed me my orders. I decline UE orders from here now. Not to mention it took20 minutes in the drive thru this AM to get a single coffee for myself. Drive the extra mile to go to the other Dunkin. It?snot worth the frustrations here.
