Didn’t stay this time we had a group of 12 half of the building is empty and we were told it would be over an hour wait. The low staffing excuse has been used at this location for several years. At some point it just poor management.
Do NOT order online from here !!! They WILL mess up your order!! The manager is very rude!!
At first, I thought it was a fluke. But after several times and the problem getting worse, I cannot believe this is how you fill your condiment cups. Really?????? Not even half full, consistently. Either give proper portions or go out of business if you can’t afford to give what people pay for. Additionally, our order is almost always incorrect. Missing items, wrong items, unsauced items, etc.
Every time I come in the seating is wide open but yet I get told it’s a 30 min wait. The staff in the front is just rude. I won’t eat here anymore.
Edit: updating my review 10 months later as I ordered again and the takeout fee was gone. Props to b-dubs for making a positive change. I’ll leave the original review below so people can see context: Would’ve been 5 stars but a takeout fee is ridiculous. “This service fee helps us operate our takeout business” Really? What about the fact that it keeps a table open for another customer? Or you don’t have to pay waitstaff to wait on me, or a busser to clean my table, or someone to wash my dishes? Or the profit from my order, which you wouldn’t have received if you didn’t have a take out option? Do you charge guests who dine in an extra fee to help you operate your dine-in business? Why make me pay more to receive less service? No other restaurant does this and I can’t make sense of it other than it being a greedy cash grab.
