Big Daddy's Pizza Wings - Lakewood

The pizza and wings at this particular restaurant were tasty, but the service on the day of my visit was not friendly. It is not fair for those who choose to dine in to experience poor customer service. If someone does not enjoy their job, they should not be working in a position that requires dealing with the public. Customer service should always be professional and courteous, and should not include disrespect or neglect. If a staff member cannot treat customers with respect, they should find another line of work. Serving guests should be done with warmth and respect, otherwise, someone else should take on the job. The truth is, not everyone is suited for customer service.

I have never had a negative experience with a restaurant to the point where I felt the need to complain, but this situation with the phone customer service was absolutely terrible. I paid $42 for a pizza that I ended up cancelling and never received. When I called to address the issue, the person who answered was extremely rude and even hung up on me. When I called back to provide my information for the owner to contact me, the person was even more rude than before.

I initially ordered half pineapple, ham and half pepperoni, with green pepper. However, to make a long story short, I ended up with three pizzas that had too much cheese and not enough sauce. There was a weird incident that I won't go into detail about, but I will say that they have a diverse evening menu and a friendly staff. Overall, I recommend giving them a try.

I went to this place as they opened the doors. I have seen a lot of their pizza, shakes, soft vanilla chocolate ice cone. in this time. the parade of the individual come and go. the good and not so good employees. but hey, how much do they do? and they probably won't go into rent, like the load, or regional manager. with big daddys! but if I command the same cake. I've been there since the opening of the doors, and it's almost $9.00 more. There are 30 to 40% less toppings and I'm talking to the person who made it and she's proud of it! I was so mad. I turned around and left. no longer big daddy is for me!

Just got home from having the police called on me because i wanted a refund where the staff sarah was not only belligerent but the staff name called and call the police. Sarah informed me that she had privilege and i was trespassing all because she forgot to put sauce on my pizza. The police were nice but there was no refund. I have never felt so low. If you like cheesticks with air bubbles this is your place cause they definitely do not serve pizza
