Arby's - Lakewood

My order was not what I paid! I paid extra for cheese, salad tomatoes x 2. I have 1w/cheese, salattomatin, but the other had only tomato! the last 3xs I went, which is usually at least 2-3xs per month. this has happened! plus my folds were cold, hard tasted like old fat! very disappointed. more seriously about never going back again think! if our family at (up to 30-50 visit) just not right! what was the frustration?

I ordered the 2 for $3 chicken sandwiches, but I didn't realize that each sandwich actually consisted of two small chicken strips. My main complaint is that the food was old, and the chicken was hard and unappetizing. I spoke to the manager, who kindly replaced the sandwiches. However, when I went in today and told the manager that the replacements were fresh, I got home only to discover that the buns were once again old and dry, with the chicken being tough and overcooked. This is unacceptable. Whether a customer spends a few dollars or a lot, they deserve high-quality food. Unfortunately, both of my visits were complete disappointments.

Never a changing taste or memory. arby always has and will always remember my father. yes, we take two classic bark and cheddar meal times please both with a Coca-Cola and a potato cake. Wait a minute, you don't have the tasty potato cake anymore, so please take two curly pommes!

You have to say that if the clean and friendly customer service was great. it was a great experience for me.

Slowest drive-thru EVER. Average food quality. And I got a box full of fry crumbs, so that was nice.
