7-eleven - Lakewood

This isn’t my first negative experience at this establishment. A few months ago, a cashier mistakenly accused me of trying to take cups without paying when I had just placed them on the counter to pay for them. I ended up paying around 35 cents for each cup, and while he did apologize, the situation was still quite frustrating. In summary, this restaurant should not treat its customers as if they are guilty of wrongdoing. The experience was both insulting and inconvenient. I suggest they start listening to their customers, understand their intentions, and perhaps offer a bit of trust every now and then. I will not be spending another cent at this place or return for any reason in the future.

The service was prompt and friendly, despite the restaurant being busy during my visit. The only drawback was that the Gatorade flavor I wanted (glacier ice white) wasn't available, but there were plenty of other flavors to choose from, so I was able to select a different one.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, is well-kept, and offers friendly service. However, I noticed that some of the hot food items were not replenished, and a few coffee urns were empty.

It's a 7-11, so there's not much to complain about. Plus, it's conveniently located inside the mall!

I frequently stop by this 7-Eleven, and the young woman at the counter is consistently friendly and courteous.
