I live right on the road and I love wendys, but I'll never go back. I make the trip to 140th and lorain instead
I have no idea what happened to the customer service, but every time I went to wendy 's 117, I have a terrible experience. but I just let the drive through and let them tell them that the woman I think was the manager, striped hemd, was absolutely rude! I'm moving into the window and I'm welcome to wendy's and I'm answering hi it's okay to go ahead and order. she reacts rudely with a sigh and says ugh ya. She was also rude to car in front of me. I only order a grilled chicken sandwich meal with mayo and ketchup. She reacted so that they don't want honey I'm pulling on the window, and I wonder I'm asking the right combo number because I don't remember that honey is on him. simple question right. Maybe it was a number 9. You know we're all human and I'm making mistakes. but she throws her poor into the air and tells the crew back and says she doesn't want a grilled bun. I wanted to say that I'm sorry that I just don't remember it. she was annoying and as a manager you should never act like that. I was also confused because the price on the board said $7 and some change and I was charged 9 something that made me ask myself when I ordered the right sandwich. I get it today time is right, short personal and stressful, but that no one gives a right to act like that.
The chili recipe has changed, it is thicker, has white beans, with no meat. Their burgers are always cold. No matter if you go inside or drive thru. The quality have dramatically went down. I'm done, I personally, rather spend an extra 3dollars and go Five Guys. Don't waste your time!
This the third time in a row I’ve gone to this Wendy’s and had my order messed up. Do not go!!!
Almost every time I 've been to this Wendy 's, it 's a 20 30 minute wait in line, even when there aren 't that many cars around. After 10 PM or so they keep going cash only . Half the people likely to pull up to a drive thru don 't have cash on them and this bad policy is turning away a ton of customers. This time around, they did not tell me that it was cash only until I got to the pay window after waiting for half an hour. And then they wouldn 't serve me, I asked for the manager and told them that I wasn 't told it was cash only until the last second, and the manager was rude and lied and said that I was told that at the speaker and insisted I pay with cash, and basically told me to leave instead of resolving the situation. I wasted half an hour for nothing and the manager sided with their employee over the customer.
