Palace Lakewood

I just ate Uber. The food is pretty good, I have to say, but the service was terrible. I went in, all the waitresses who came in contact with me. I said hello, NOBODY said everything back. I had my phone with my Uber eats confirmation. They went by and looked at the phone, but they still said nothing. I stood there for a good 15min until someone decided to ask me what I needed. Never again. I can go somewhere else with cheaper good food and much better service.

So, I've been going to this place for a few years, the food is amazing, sometimes the service can be a little bad, just because they take a little longer, but overall I like the place and the people there prices a little high, but everything has risen in the prices in the last few years, so it is understandable. I wish I had done my housework in front of me. We brought our son there for his birthday. Lack of service and understanding, communication lacked, making it difficult to participate. Very rough setting not clean. Our dinner for 4 was $184.00 yes dollars with a group discount. Not recommended unless you do your homework.

The waitress was very condescending and did not check up on us. When we needed anything, we had to go find her. They charged an automatic 18% service charge for such horrible service. I will never come back here.Food: 4/5

My nephew treated his dad, step mom and myself to a great dinner experience at The Palace Korean BBQ. This was my 1st time, not just at The Palace, but eatimg at a Korean BBQ restaurant. Everything was on point from the food, service, atmosphere, to the environment. I will be going back soon and because my nephew is a regular face, at the Palace Korean BBQ in Lakewood, I will make this my go to dinner haven whenever family or friends ask, Where ahould we go for dinner? Definitely worth the trip and experience!
