The Gramercy - Lakeway

We were excited to have dinner here, but were disappointed. Our appetizer of pork bellies came out tough and overcooked. While we were eating out appetizer our dinner came out. I hate that. No time to visit. Our server said that short ribs were enough for two but she served it during our appetizer and it was ONE rib with a plate of mash potatoes. It was suppose to have carrots and I missed them. Two slivers . One looked burnt. Hardly what I would call a serving. So disappointed. Our server said it was a lot of food, but while neither me or my husband are big eaters we were still hungry. We ordered two dessert. I also want to point our dining time was 25 minutes we were done with the dining experience. Bummer! We ordered two desserts. It took over 30 min to get served. The tiramisu was very good, but the chocolate shake was melted and tasted like warm milk. The atmosphere was nice but for the money we spent it really was t worth it.

Awesome place in Lakeway, with exceptional quality from all the staff. Cocktails and food are exceptional and fantastic. Hats off the entire super friendly hosts, waiters and kitchen crew on their focus on quality in everything they do. Vibe is cool, chic'. Love it, Love it, Love it !!!!

It was a great place! Was there for my buddies and his girlfriend's baby shower great atmosphere great place didn't have a lot of food but it was definitely enjoyable!

Came here on a Sunday Brunch expecting this place to be packed with all the good things I've heard. Wrong. Saw our server 3 times. My wife and I only had 1 drink each. Not because we didn't want more but because we NEVER saw our server again until the food came. Waters stayed empty through the entire visit. I got up twice to go the bar to ask for ketchup and tobacco and the second time to get the check. All in front of the manager/possibly the owner? Not sure but very dissapointed.

Wow! This place is more like an experience than anything else! Very chic... they play music but have various screens displayed throughout their establishment. Here's the kicker: they show old movies, not sports !! My way of thinking is that this is meant to focus on the person in front of you as opposed to how your favorite sports team fared that day. Smart move! The bartenders take pride in the drinks they make and it shows. They demonstrate the perfect balance in making their drinks quickly and still being very personable with their guests! Definitely worth the trip when you head out to the Lakeway area!
