Domino's Pizza - Lakeville

When I called to order a pizza, I was connected with someone in India who had just learned English and seemed completely unfamiliar with the ordering process. The customer service was terrible! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When we called the store, we received inconsistent answers from different employees, and we were frequently put on hold. In the past year, we've missed around 5 to 6 deliveries. We’ve finally decided to stop ordering delivery from this location altogether and will no longer rely on Domino's Lakeville. We understand the challenges of worker shortages and supply chain issues, but repeated incorrect deliveries to the same address are simply unacceptable. There are better pizza options available in Lakeville.

This is my second time ordering from Domino's, and I think my last order was also from this location. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I really don't understand why the pineapple isn't being put on my pizza. I've requested it and paid for it. I even asked for extra pineapple since it's one of my favorite toppings, so it’s quite frustrating not to have it. I know it's busy and you might be rushing to get the pizzas out, but at the end of the day, I'm paying for my food!

This app is easy to order from and it even notifies you when your order is on the way. Wish most apps were as this one. Any minor problems we have had management has always jumped in an resolved our concerns right away. Great service and always hot andon time. Thank you dominos!!

This location intentionally does not answer their phone lines so they can avoid additional phone line orders. My friend, my wife and I all three called their phone lines to see if they would answer and nothing. We all three were on hold for over 30 min and nobody answered the phone. The employees at this location are lazy. If the owner only knew how much revenue they were missing out on because of there employees incompetence. No wounder why they get paid
