Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakemoor

Brand new chipotle and i honestly think it?s great. everything was handled great and professionally even with the busy and packed line inside and out. props to the hardworking crew and very excited for it to get better!

Was just here. Asked for extra rice and it still wasn?t enough. Compared to other chipotles I?ve been to, the portion sizes are tiny here. The girl doing toppings was really quick and friendly. The girl on cashier seemed very out of it and wasn?t paying much attention. Her customer service skills could take some work. Other than that, the cheese was fresh, the chicken was really tough and chewy, everything else seems fine.

I should've read the reviews before coming here. I went in to pick up an online order, I arrived about 5 minutes later than my time and I sat waiting for another 20 minutes. I got asked my name 6 times before I finally went up and asked if they were making it. An employee said it would be right up. 15 minutes passed and I asked again, since people who ordered a pick up for a half hour later than me were receiving their food before me, and was told that they just handed myorder out the drive window. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was really sorry and would make my bowls right now. She then made 4 walk in orders before my order. When I asked to speak to her again before I left she rolled hereyes and sighed that I was still waiting. She finally gave me the help line and I left after waiting for 50 minutes total. Got home to a steak bowl with all of the steak inside being a big piece of uncut gristle. It will be a very long timebefore I go back to this location. I understand that its a new store but I think they have a little too much on their hands. (included is a piece of my very disappointing steak)

I won't visit this location (Lakemoor/Volo) again. I felt like I was in the high school cafeteria with the employees talking/yelling to each other. 05/04/22 8:20 p.m. If you like quiet, I don't recommend dining in due to the loudness of employees. An employee was ordering food while I was paying he was yelling to the employees in the kitchen. There were only 2 different customers dining in but all of the closest parking spaces were taken, which leaves me to believe theemployees took the parking spaces. Food was on point. Cashier was friendly. Very clean.

Small sizes and all I could taste was burnt chicken in my burrito. Like others have said, food is really bland compared to other locations. Hopefully it will improve over time. Definitely going to another location though.
