Wendy's - Lakeland

I honestly don't understand why the lobby door says they open at 6:30am when I have tried to go in at 9:30am and been told it's closed, even though the doors are unlocked. This has happened multiple times. Last week, they didn't open their doors until late, which is frustrating. I don't want to use the drive-thru because they are slow to take orders and often get them wrong. The service is ridiculous to me. It shouldn't be difficult to package everything correctly and not give customers attitude when mistakes are made.

This restaurant is not clean and the staff is untrained. The management is terrible, with the head manager being very lazy. Corporate should consider replacing the entire staff with workers who have a strong work ethic. This is an example of why some people are unhappy about fast food workers earning $15 an hour, as the management at this location is not even worth minimum wage.
