Super Duper Spot - Lakeland

I?ve been coming to this spot off and on for months and it?s usually good. The only time I got something bad was when I tried ordering the chicken tenders and they were very over cooked and dry and chewy. The other night, I didn?t want a full sandwich or burger so I decided to give the tenders another shot and I really wish I hadn?t. Again, they were very overcooked. Tasted like they were sitting out and then they just tossed them back in the fryer. I also ordered fries with American cheese on them and I assumed the cheese would get melted on but nope, cold cheese slices on top of my fries? I also decided a strawberry malted shake sounded really good so I ordered that for the first time but it tasted like it had no dairy in it. It was icy and lacking flavor and didn?t come with the whipped cream or the strawberry syrup on top. Which is a shame because it?s a whopping $6. So for the price they?re gonna charge, this quality is unacceptable. Very disappointed and makes me not want to go back.

The quality has gone down but prices have gone up. It used to be great. It?s still good, but no longer worth the price. They are always out of bacon. They were even out of the cheese sauce last night (said it wasn?t melted). I?m sure the burger patty was smaller too. You can either raise prices and keep portions the same or keep prices the same and make portions smaller. You can?t do both and still be successful. They?ve been my go to burger place since they?ve opened. Love the super sauce! But I won?t be returning again.

Complete waste of time and horrible service. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting to order, the customer ahead of me left because they were not acknowledged. I ordered my burger with no pickles because I have a mild allergy to them and too much can make me have hives, occasionally. When making my food they disregarded the ticket and threw pickles on without even looking. I told them to remove it because I had a mild allergy. The cook decided to change my order and remove the sauce. I told them not to do so and she argued with me and refused to make my food properly and forced a refund. This wasted 30 minutes of my time to NOT be serviced and to have my food/order made improperly because of the cook not paying any attention to the orders. A burger cook is not a doctor and does not have the qualifications to understand exposure limits for allergies and has no right to alter my order based on their own ignorance

Good burger joint located inside of the Joinery. The food was yummy. Burger and sweet potatoe fries. It was a little pricey (20$ but fast service and nice staff. Overall good place to eat at!
