Subway - Lakeland

It's great to have this restaurant located right where I live. Very cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The service was very slow even though there were no customers ahead of me. The restaurant seemed disorganized and I hope it was just an off day.

I have to say, out of all the Subway restaurants I have visited, this one is definitely the best. The broth and ingredients were very fresh, and the taste was wonderful. The lady (I call her "Mama") was very friendly, and we shared a laugh when she wrapped my cold cut sandwich. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I visit Subway. I usually take my lunch to go, but this time I sat in the parking lot and enjoyed my sandwich.

This subway is absolutely terrible. The lady that was working the counter was sitting in the back. The place was extremely dirty. Left over food on the tables. Reciepts from prior orders left strung on counter. Veggies weren't covered and several items were cross contaminated. The counter wasn't wiped off and the lady didn't have change available. Would have went elsewhere had we of not had a starving kid who has been in the car for 10 hours. This is absolutely pathetic of a food place. All we got was white bread and pepperonis (again a kid) and the kid was absolutely disappointed in pepperonis and white bread. ? Worker refused to give us a receipt.

Long wait at lunch time. The ladies were making sandwiches and wraps as fast as possible. Hungry but patient crowd.
