Lennys Grill Subs - Lakeland

This is by far the worst Lenny's in Tennessee. I ordered a chicken Philly and was informed that I couldn't add mixed greens to my sandwich. The owner was present at the time and was extremely rude to his staff, shouting “HURRY UP!” from the back of the kitchen. I will never spend my money here again! This isn’t the sandwich I ordered.

I waited 20 minutes then went to go pick up my order. After I paid they gave me my sandwiches, I was missing one of them because someone forgot to make it, and they made no effort to rectify the situation. Great customer service guys, really made my day.

The customer service is terrible and if you do not ask you will not receive. Note: the menu does not tell you what is a available. Good luck because I had no salt and pepper on my sandwiches and they gave me the wrong sandwich.

When you order a sandwich that includes bacon, it should be cooked properly, right? It was pretty unpleasant to bite into it. Thanks, Lenny's! I definitely feel like I got my $18 worth with this experience.
