Cold Stone Creamery - Lakeland

I'm sorry, but you gotta be crazy to spend $5.59 plus add on for a small cup of ice cream. I rarely go here but sometimes the urge just strikes. Most everyone loves this place so I guess I am odd man out here.

The Ice Cream was fine, I mean it's Cold Stone and it's good. The problem with this location in particular is that they consistently over-charge their patrons. You aren't supposed to get charged for your first mix-in yet, I aswell as all the people I was with that night got charged for that first mix-in. 9 people... I asked for a refund for the $2 which isn't alot but alas money is not easy to come by sometimes and I was refused a refund, but offered another mix-in, which I didn't want. Hopefully management can fix this issue because the cashier obviously did not know their own stores menu board and prices.Edit: spelling

Cold Stone Creamery is a great place to stop dessert, or just to have a cool treat on a warm summer day. There are many options available, with a variety of ice flavor, of which to choose. There are also prepacked ice pints and quarters. Also, make sure to register for their reward program. Thanks to the rewards, I often get $5 from my purchases.

It is a great location in Lakeside Village shopping mall. Around many shops to eat all within walking distance. Also right next to the Cobb IMAX Theatre. The staff were nice. The services were good. Ice was fantastic as usual.

Today on ice. Manager at the service was AMAZING!!! She did our day!! Although slightly disappointed that they are not the rocky mountaineer at this point.
